Kouyate Arts Adult Dance Workshop

ADEFUA is based at the Rainier Arts Center, directly next to the Columbia Park, where we have been offering free Cultural Dance classes for adults and youth during the months of July and August. The classes this weekend culminate a 7-week series taking place on Saturdays, from 11:00am-2:00pm. The Youth class is an open invitation for children ages up to 16 years old. Adult classes will be open to all levels. This project will be open to the public, allowing the opportunity for self- and family-empowerment encouraging participants to blossom within their environment. Families, individuals, people with and without disabilities, are encouraged to participate. These classes are sponsored by, City of Seattle, Parks & Recreation, Welcome Back Seattle Program.
