Friday

Friday 9:00 AM to 10:00
Check in, get your badge and discount for T-shirt. See Trish. We will be moving drums to rooms A/B and H for drumming workshops, the more help, the better, See Hooper. We will also be marking rooms and hallways with workshop schedule for participants, decorating and moving artist stipends boxes and retrieving coffee for the SWPS Room, Stage Right, from Starbuck, setting up small snack area, organizing T-shirts for Lunch time performances, See Mary, helping workshop leaders transport their things to their rooms, see David or Shawna, assisting arriving artists with check in and their free t-shirt. See Trish or Mary (1 per artist/group of artists) and anything else that comes up! (Anyone want to call ahead to see if they can get snacks donated? Enough to feed about 50 people per day, like apples, oranges, nuts or bagels and cream cheese, also if Starbucks will donate their Large Box of Coffee, plus cups and condiments this year again for each day.) If so let me know. We have a C301 status number for merchants.

10:00AM to Lunch AND 1:30 to close of Workshops-Center House Only
Volunteers will assist workshop leaders in their rooms. We will also need a few bodies to help set up the T-shirt table near the Center House Stage. See Trish/Mary David and Hooper will be laying out Dance Floor in Fisher and will need help at 10:00

Lunch to 1:30 Performances Center House Only
Stage help needed, See Shawna Hawk in SWPS room stage right. Work T-shirt tables. We’ll be selling different sizes and styles for both men and women, $20.00 each. We will also be selling NEW THIS YEAR Festival posters, 1 for $10 or 2 for $15. We'll be selling 2008 DVD's for $15.00 this year. Raffle tickets, $1.00. Raffle winners to be announced Sunday night just before end of Festival Fisher Pavilion.

4:30-5:00
Moving drums into Room H for over night storage. See Hooper 6:00PM-10:00PM Center House Only T shirt sales and stage hands needed. Clean up crew for t-shirt table at the end.

Saturday

We'll also need help cleaning up Fisher and loading everything back over to Center House, room 311 just outside elevator. Also will need help with Dance floor being taken down and packed off. See David and Hooper
