There are several e-mail lists that are great ways to stay connected and spread information. These lists contain information about everything from upcoming drumming opportunities to specific rhythms from various cultures. If you know of a list that should be included here, please let us know at mailinglist@swps.org. Subscribing to an e-mail list is usually accomplished by visiting a web page or sending an e-mail to a specific address. You can then receive your messages in one of two methods: Individual E-mails or Daily Digest. You can set up which method you prefer by using the "Edit My Membership" link on the specific e-mail list web page link provided below. Individual E-mails means that you will receive a message every time somebody sends a message to the e-mail list. This can result in receiving a larger quantity of e-mail, but you will receive the messages in a timely manner. Daily Digest means that all of the messages sent to the list are stored and then sent to you at the end of the day. This reduces the amount of e-mail you get, but you may not receive event announcements in a timely manner.
